Multidisciplinary Team Manager - Discharge to Assess Service within the Older Adults & UEC Directorate Permanent: Grade 6 - £54,495 - £64,811 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Golden Hello payment - £1,000 and £5,000 per annum Working 36.5 hours per week: Birmingham City Council’s Adult Social Care directorate is looking for an experienced and values-led Multi-Disciplinary Team Manager to lead high quality, timely and cost-effective services for adults across the city In this key leadership role, you will be accountable for the management, operation and performance of services within your remit, supporting the identification and systematic review of service needs and the planning and delivery of Adult Social Care services – including exploring innovative approaches to service delivery both directly and via commissioned partners.
