Job description

Responsible for managing the Property Management staff and overseeing a substantial portfolio of properties, while serving as the primary liaison for third-party relationships. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for the property management business. - Provide comprehensive leadership in property management through the development and interpretation of policies and programs, coordination of information flow, and strategic planning. - Offer direction and leadership to Property Management staff, fostering career development opportunities for property management professionals. - Monitor budget variances and ensure a seamless recovery process. - Oversee the billing process, including the management of invoice payments and fund disbursements. - Collaborate with the Property Manager to monitor cash flow and cash requirements, ensuring optimal cash utilization. - Supervise the preparation of reports, annual budgets, and other documentation for the owner in accordance with the management agreement. - Facilitate the timely collection of management fees and reimbursements for overhead costs. - Maintain communication with thir...
