The student will work in the field of microbial fermentation (USP) and chromatographic purification with a focus on downstream process development (DSP). This current master thesis topic is confidential and therefore named neutral: “Development of an industrial capable manufacturing process for a process protein” Aims of the Master Thesis: Best clone screening Improving a fermentation strategy in E. coli Development and optimizing of a purification process Monitoring safety related impurities: Determining the activity of the process protein Your profile: AGC is searching for a master student with background in biotechnology or related fields, who is eager to contribute to innovative solutions in the industry.
