The Role: We are looking for a Principal Value Engineer, Insurance—a seasoned Insurance expert who can bridge the gap between technical process mining and strategic business outcomes. You will act as the lead architect for our most critical insurance accounts, translating complex operational challenges into clear value drivers. As a Principal, you are a "go-to" insurance expert within our FSI go-to-market organization. You will move beyond standard process optimization to link Celonis capabilities to key outcomes and metrics specific to the Insurance industry. You will work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Teams and have full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers.
