Job Description Summary A Perfusion Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high standards of patient care. The Perfusion Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and leading a team of Perfusionist. They will maintain a positive and productive working relationship with the medical staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Conduct and provide performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to staff. Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical service, including staffing, scheduling and patient care.
