The Director of Operations is a key member of the company senior leadership team and responsible for planning and directing the operations of the manufacturing facilities to meet company objectives in quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and inventory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a manufacturing plan with measurable goals to achieve annual and long term strategic objectives. - Drive the transformation to a Lean environment and lead the implementation of the 80/20 philosophy across the organization.
