Technical Project Manager – Process Engineering & Product Transfer Location: Henrico, VA Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Shift: 1st Shift Compensation: Starting at $90,000 annually (based on experience) Position Overview: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in process engineering and product transfer within the pharmaceutical or personal care manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the transfer of batch manufacturing and packaging processes from development through full-scale production. The position serves as a key technical liaison between internal cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Quality, ensuring seamless progression from pilot stages to validated commercial manufacturing under current GMP standards. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical documentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate across teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
