Data Engineer/Data Science Summer Internship

Job description

*Flexible Work Arrangement:1 day a week on-site in Newark, Ohio & 4 days remote. Must have transportation to our headquarters in Newark, Ohio to be considered for the role. RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid: - Builds and maintains data semantic models to support analytics and business intelligence use cases. - Designs, develops, and manages data pipelines using DBT to ensure reliable data transformation and delivery. - Collaborates with data scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships to support strategic data and technology initiatives. - Provides support for developing and optimizing scripts and data workflows integrated into banking applications. - Demonstrates proficiency in SQL/Python and experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data validation and insights. - Transforms and prepares raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis and building AI Agents. - Ability to pick up NLP based coding in Snowflake and DBT.
