No 2 Mechanic - The Role Reporting to the No 1 Mechanic, you will work closely with the No 1 Mechanic and the rest of the car crew to ensure the race car is prepared to the highest standards for each F1 event. This role is pivotal in maintaining the performance, reliability, and safety of the F1 car. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: No 2 Mechanic – The Person We are looking for an individual with proven experience as a mechanic or a similar position within a high-performance motorsport environment. The individual will need strong understanding of race car mechanics and engineering principles with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
