This vital position will work out of one our Primary Care Clinics located at 1287 Burns Way in scenic Kalispell, MT. Although there is not an an on-site dispensing pharmacy at this location, we offer by appointment phone and in person patient medication guidance, support, education, and testing. We are located in the heart of the Flathead Valley, offering a variety of outdoor recreation and the stunning Glacier National Park. What you'll be doing: This unique ambulatory care role puts you at the center of chronic disease management, education, and access to care. In this position you will: Serve as an extension of the care team, supporting providers and patients with medication-related questions and care decisions.
