Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Synthesis, purification, and characterization of antibody oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) on mg to gram scale under minimal supervision. - Design and execute engineered cysteine antibody conjugation workflows - Optimize reaction stoichiometry, linker chemistry, and reaction conditions to improve peptide-to-antibody ratios and product homogeneity. - Development, optimization, and validation of conjugation protocols specifically for antibody oligonucleotide conjugates. - Optimization and validation of formulation buffers for bioconjugates. - Application and refinement of a...
