Key Responsibilities: Renewal Pipeline Ownership: Own the end-to-end renewal process for all ~325 digital customers across a rolling 12-month pipeline — ensuring every account is tracked, prioritized, and actioned with no renewals falling through the cracks. At-Risk Identification & Prioritization: Proactively identify and prioritize at-risk renewals based on health signals and engagement data — escalating concerns early and partnering with the right internal teams to resolve issues before they become losses.
