Supplier Enablement Program Manager, Data Center Equipment Supply Chain

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - 2 years of experience in project management and executing operational processes within a technology or manufacturing environment. - 2 years of experience in sourcing operations, supplier management, procurement, or supply chain roles. Preferred qualifications: - Experience reviewing and tracking legal agreements within a supply chain context. - Experience in data center, construction, or Cloud infrastructure supply chains. - Familiarity with supplier onboarding workflows, performance scorecards, and quarterly business review (QBR) processes. - Ability to manage data, generate reports, and use investigative skills to solve problems. - Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
