Job Description Summary The Aero Gas OCI (on Condition Inspector) will be responsible to support inspection of components inside the Avenza LM Service Shop, for all the main scope of work applied on engines. Avenza Aero Alliance is a provider of LM2500/LM6000 (Aero derivative gas turbines) overhaul services. The Aero Gas Turbine OCI will report to the Gate 1 Leader. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Support Aero alliance Repair engineer team during the inspection of the components inside the shop. Perform inspections in dirty condition of disassembled component and share detailed pictures of inspected material, including Borescope inspections if needed. Verify that applied scope of work is aligned with the contractual one agreed during Kickoff meeting creation. Inspect and define the status of each part: Clean & inspect/ Ship to repair/ Scrap and communicate do G0 Team any deviation from original scope of work. Based on parts status, define extra-works that are needed from a technical standpoint and share the information with the Repair engineer assigned for that job. Raise NSR on the dedicated platform.
