Methods Process Analyst (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for Methods Process Analysts (Levels 2, 3, and 4) to join the 737 Quality Industrial Engineering Team located in Renton, Washington, USA . Position Overview: We are seeking Methods Process Analyst team members to support the 737 Factory Quality organization. The ideal candidates will possess strong strategic and creative-thinking skills, as well as utilize data and analytics to make recommendations on how to support and improve quality processes. It is essential that the candidates can effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams and establish partnerships with senior leaders. Additionally, the candidates will focus on production stability, implementing lean methodologies, assess and perform to rate readiness requirements, and improve quality through structured root cause analysis reviews. Candidates will engage with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be self-starters as well as collaborative team players.
