Job Summary: Provides direct oversight of coding, CPT capture, and audit reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and compliant billing, proper device cost reporting, and protection of reimbursement across cardiovascular and interventional service lines. Partners with Revenue Integrity, Supply Chain, CDI, Finance, and Clinical Operations to lead process improvements, educate staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payor requirements. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
