Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a patient/client and family-centred framework and continuum-based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, a Practice Leader works in a team-based environment and is charged with overseeing practice in the designated area. Duties include supporting clinicians with their practice and participating in planning and coordinating practice standards, goals and objectives in conjunction with designated management and other team members and collaborating on various staffing and quality control issues. Works in partnership with clinical operations leadership, Regional Clinical Education, and Quality and Safety and other partners. Provides leadership, direction and guidance on areas related to research, practice updates/changes and education, as well as working in collaboration with operations on Social Work service design or redesign.
