Job Summary: Knife River Montana is looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our team in Missoula, Montana. Key Responsibilities: applicable state DOT procedures. This position requires the availability to work up to 7 days per week as well as varied and extended hours. You may be required to travel out of town for short periods of time. Qualifications: Aggregate and Asphalt certifications, as well as ACI Concrete testing certification. Training will be provided. - Safely perform standardized testing on aggregate, asphalt, and concrete materials in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and - Accurately document, log, and report all test results in a timely and organized manner. - Communicate test results and quality control observations clearly to supervisors, project managers, and production Team. - Maintain testing equipment and tools, including completion of calibration checks and recordkeeping. - Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, orderly work environment. - Represent Knife River in a professional manner and interact courteously with team members, customers, and inspectors. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. - Candidates...
