Job Description The Role: The Engine and Transmission Controls team is seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and people‑focused engineering leaders to join our organization as Engineering Group Managers. This role provides the opportunity to lead a highly skilled team of engineers responsible for delivering robust, high‑quality controls solutions that meet performance, emissions, quality, cost, and timing objectives. The successful candidate will combine strong technical judgment with effective leadership, execution discipline, and a passion for developing talent in a fast‑paced, matrixed engineering environment. Please note: Multiple position are available which may be aligned to a specific vehicle/engine/transmission programs (vertical leadership) or to core powertrain systems, features, and capabilities across programs (horizontal leadership).
