Job Description The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute State Area Manager to lead our NSW operations and drive the next phase of growth across the state. Based in either Sydney or Newcastle, you will lead a large, established and successful multi-disciplinary team of professional scientists and engineers in Newcastle, while accelerating the expansion of our recently established and growing Sydney office. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L accountability and a clear mandate to grow market share, deepen client relationships, and strengthen Kleinfelder’s presence across NSW. As a key member of the Australian Leadership Team (ALT), you will contribute to Kleinfelder’s national growth strategy, while shaping and delivering the NSW business plan. You will play a pivotal role in aligning people, performance, and market opportunities to achieve sustainable, long-term growth.
