Location: Work from home (Pennsylvania) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Job Summary: Responsible for development, review and maintenance of contracts. Identifies issues and risks in contract development. Job Duties: Reviews initial contract submitted for accuracy, acceptable language and terms. Reviews documents for changes including all current agreements and internal policies and procedures. Assesses compliance with current law and utilizes legal resources to assure regulatory and accreditation requirements are met. Assumes responsibility to prepare contract documents as requested and ensures that such documents contain complete and accurate terms and conditions of a business relationship including compliance with current law, regulation and accreditation standards. Notifies team leadership of identified problems or revisions needed with contract terms and participates in activities to ensure compliance. Coordinates gathering and assembling of documentation for key controls and uploading results electronically in an accessible data management system. Reviews any adverse results with team leadership.
