Job Description Performs electrocardiograms and other cardiographic tests as directed by a Physician. Job Responsibility: "1.Performs electrocardiograms, including stress tests, holter monitoring and trans-telephonic beepers on patients as directed by a Physician. 2.Provides patient with education concerning cardiac testing; explains procedure/process of cardiac testing and equipment to be used to patient. 3.Ensures adequate stock of supplies and proper maintenance of equipment. 4.Maintains general order and complies with Infection control policies for work area and equipment. 5.Reports equipment malfunctions to appropriate supervision. 6.Documents activities on approved hospital forms and according to department policy and procedure. 7.Performs related duties, as required."
