Classification Title: Operations Specialist I Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Job Description: Coordinates and monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations. Fulfillment support - reviews requests and coordinates assignments for quoting and deployment teams. Manages customer communication, escalations, and ticket lifecycle to ensure service level goals are met. Coordinates with other IT teams as required to achieve customer requirements. Coordinates tasks related to multiple operational functions, including purchasing and asset management. Tracks pending equipment deliveries for new equipment requests, coordinates with asset team as required to meet service goals; facilitates fleet replacement projects by coordinating fiscal and inventory requirements for each region as approved by IT management.
