As our project portfolio grows in scale and complexity, we are strengthening our Services organization and are now seeking a Lead Engineer who will take an active role in engineering coordination, execution planning, and customer-facing technical leadership. The role: As Lead Engineer you will act as a technical execution lead within Optime’s Services organization. The role bridges engineering, operations, and project delivery, with responsibility for ensuring that service-related engineering activities are planned, coordinated, and executed in line with operational and customer expectations. You will work closely with Offshore personnel, Project Engineers, and project management, acting as a key technical integrator throughout the execution lifecycle. The role includes close collaboration across locations, and regular interaction with the engineering team and workshop in Notodden is considered an advantage.
