Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties ): Education / Experience : (an equivalent combination of education and experience required to successfully complete the primary accountabilities is indicated below) Degree: HS Diploma / Technical School preferred Major: Basic Mechanics Years of Experience: 5+ years Area: Equipment Maintenance - Proactively troubleshoot mechanical equipment functions and identify failed components. - Perform routine maintenance of equipment, lubrication schedules, as per Preventive Maintenance program or as required. - Set-up machines for production operation, helps with changeovers, and adjust roll tooling as necessary. - Troubleshoot components and systems to identify components and parts that require replacement. - Troubleshoot hydraulic systems functions and identify failed components. - Assess condition of machinery and make improvements as necessary. - Complete work order and preventive maintenance documentation accurately and timely. - Read and interpret equipment schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot equipment in a timely manner. - Adheres to safety guidelines and standards. - Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. - Operate mainte...
