Post-Payroll Operational HR Clerk

Job description

Key responsibilities: - Validation of payroll data prior to month-end closing - Preparing and reviewing payroll-related accounting entries (including accruals) - Performing reconciliations (payroll vs accounting / systems) - Analyzing personnel costs and explain variances - Supporting month-end closing activities with Finance and Controlling - Preparing documentation and participating in audits (SOX, URSSAF, external) - Collaborating with stakeholders (Finance, HR, auditors) - Identifing and implementing process improvements Key expectations: ArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 15 countries.
