Job description

This is an onsite position located in Columbia, MO. Work directly with Oracle Health IT Managed Services client to build and support server and data center infrastructure. This role involves building and supporting Windows OS virtual machines, building and supporting physical and virtual server infrastructure, supporting Citrix CVAD environment, and completing assigned incident management tickets. This role works directly with the client and technical teams for advanced-tier troubleshooting. Manage and support VMware virtualized server environments Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems. Provide support and maintenance for Citrix CVAD environment. Serve as an escalation point for tier 3 support, addressing advanced system issues. Monitor system performance and perform capacity planning. Implement security best practices and ensure system compliance. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery planning. Document procedures, configurations, and support resolutions.
