Maintenance Supervisor - Lelystad We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Engineering & Maintenance team in a fast‑paced, hazardous manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a safety‑driven, hands‑on leader who can empower teams, drive reliability, and deliver continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Lead and develop the Maintenance team, ensuring strong safety performance and compliance. Champion a safe working environment by driving Near Miss reporting, Safety Observations, and timely action completion. Oversee planned maintenance, Condition‑Based Monitoring, and resource prioritization. Provide technical guidance and support on engineering issues. Contribute to Commissioning and Management of Change processes. Drive Engineering Continuous Improvement to boost reliability, production, and site safety. Support HAZOPs and regulatory requirements (SEVESO/COMAH where applicable). Manage maintenance budgets and support the Engineering Management System. Align maintenance activities with OEM standards, reliability data, and HSE guidance. Cover Engineering Manager duties during absence.
