Job description

Purpose and Scope: Supervises and is responsible for all aspects of ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of parts needed for the repair of USAF assets. Carries out all duties in accordance with applicable AFI’s. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Management System (QMS). Essential Responsibilities: - In coordination with the Superintendents and work center supervisors, performs record keeping, report preparation and duties related to a function supply point. - Formulates procedures to procure parts according to priority set by their Supervisor, the Site Manager, Program Management Office (PMO), DPM and USAFE, - Responsible for updating supply inventories and preparing status reports and other prescribed documentation as directed. - Implements the precepts of quality assurance within the guidelines set forth in program.
