We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about connecting great talent with opportunities across a market‑leading Insurance Group. You will play a key role in sourcing, mapping, engaging, and assessing high‑quality candidates while supporting a smooth and effective recruitment process. Job Description: Work closely with the Head of HRBP Recruitment, Talent team, HR, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment process, providing end-to-end recruitment support. Develop and maintain talent pools, providing regular updates and reporting on vacancies and recruitment activity. Build and nurture relationships with preferred suppliers, giving feedback and reviewing campaign performance. Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking to identify and attract candidates. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess suitability against role requirements.
