Overview UAT Specialist Puszkarska 7M Kraków 30-644 Poland: About the Role: The UAT Specialist supports digital implementations by coordinating testing teams, and supporting needed preparation work and follow ups, ensuring new features meet business requirements, and securing market sign‑off before go‑live. You will work with global, regional, and market teams to plan, execute, and validate UAT activities. In This Role You Will: - Coordinate UAT teams across markets and ensure testers are prepared. - Understand business requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases. - Prepare test data, tools, devices, and testing environments. - Execute functional and non‑functional tests, track defects, and support defect resolution. - Review test deliverables and maintain UAT project plans. - Collaborate with Test leads and project teams throughout UAT. - Support markets during testing and participate in defect triage. - Promote testing process improvements and follow organizational standards.
