Director, Corporate Quality

Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Director, Corporate Quality to work with our team in Edmonton, AB. This position will provide effective leadership, strategy and organizational communication for all Stream-Flo Group of Companies (SFG) relative to Quality Management and Quality Control. Responsibilities: - Participate in and oversee the development of strategic quality objectives and business management process requirements. - Build a cohesive and effective Quality team - identify priorities and accountabilities for the team, monitor performance, and coach and direct as required to meet objectives. - Oversee, monitor and address key performance indicators. - Establish and maintain a competitive advantage with respect to meeting or exceeding customer and/or market expectations relative to the corporate Quality Management System (QMS).
