onsemi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Equipment Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize the performance, reliability, and sustainment of manufacturing equipment supporting CMP, RTP, and CuBs. This role is critical to ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective equipment operation in a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment. Area: CMP, RTP, and CuBs: Shift: Days (supports 24/7 operations) Equipment: - CMP: AMAT Mirra, LAM/Novellus IPEC Momentum and 776 - RTP: AMAT Centura - CuBs: LAM Sabre, AMAT Endura Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of 18 direct reports (2 Equipment Engineers, 16 Maintenance Technicians) supporting 24/7 operations. - Own equipment performance KPIs, including uptime, line yield, and cost. - Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex equipment issues across CMP, RTP, and CuBs. - Drive continuous improvements in equipment reliability, cost efficiency, safety, and quality through targeted electrical and mechanical upgrades. - Drive equipment reliability and uptime improvement initiatives, including RCA, FMEA, LSS, and PM optimization. - Partner with Process Engineering, Production, Quality, Facilities, and...
