Responsible for the supervision, operation of the facilities, staff; and ensuring a smooth-running day-to-day activity of Big Arm & KwaTaqNuk marina properties. No member of the Marina operations department including the Supervisor is above any work/tasks needing to be done to meet the overall goal of safety and an enjoyable visit for the guests. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain guest contact and provide excellent customer service. Primary point of contact for both Marina properties; KwaTaqNuk & Big Arm Keep track of and log inventory for both Marina properties; KwaTaqNuk & Big Arm monthly Knowledgeable with the Flathead Lake area, history, points of interests and sights Promote the Shadow, KwaTaqNuk Resort and Big Arm specials, events, and promotions to help increase revenue.
