What you will do and achieve: Own and continuously improve core people operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, leaves of absence). Manage and optimize People systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits administration) and vendor relationships to support a growing workforce. Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure operational alignment across payroll, compliance, equity administration, and employee records.
