Job Description Job Title: New Product Introduction Performance Engineer Working Pattern: Full time: Working location: Indianapolis, IN/Hybrid (3 Office Days/Week on avg.) As a New Product Introduction Performance Engineer for Rolls-Royce, you will be a part of the Global System Engineering and Product Performance Capability team. This role involves whole system level design, simulation, and verification of engines/power systems to predict and verify system attributes which come from the integration of sub-system components. The role encompasses a wide range of technical activities ranging from development of computer models from engineering first principles, 1D thermodynamic simulation, empirical modelling, understanding of certification requirements and physical testing.
