Your Role The Platform Strategy and Operations team (PSOT) is focused on optimizing platform solutions (Salesforce, Pega, etc.) and maximizing value across the enterprise. The Strategic Planning and Performance Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Product Management. In this role you will partner with Product teams to define and track key metrics and create governance standards including dashboards, etc. to monitor and communicate team performance, serve as a creative resource to communicate team value, partner with PSOT managers to enhance strategic vendor relationships, and contribute to Artificial Intelligence and automation initiatives.
