Webb Wellness and Rehabilitation Center Oracle Code: FitIns-8215 Reports to: Director of Wellness Center Safety Sensitive : ☒ Yes ☐ No Exempt Status: ☐ Yes ☒ No Position Purpose: All KHI employees are expected to perform their respective tasks and duties in such a way that supports KHI’s vision to be among the kindest, highest quality health systems in the country. Works under the supervision of the Director or their designee. Instructs members and guests on the proper use of the cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercise equipment. Monitors participants in the fitness area. Key Responsibilities: - Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner. - Demonstrates positive/professional relations with members, guests, all staff members. - Orients members and guests on proper technique for equipment to ensure their safety and the best use to reach their goals. - Monitors all individuals making corrections as needed. - Designs exercise program based on members’ abilities and goals; monitors workouts for consistency, improvement, and compliance. - Performs fitness assessments according to c...
