The Role: Following strong and sustained growth over the past 5 years, the business is entering its next phase of structured scale. With revenue increasing and additional sites planned, the focus is now on strengthening and aligning the finance function to enhance reporting visibility and improve commercial decision-making. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end finance function. This includes evolving systems and processes, embedding strong financial controls, and building a cohesive finance team. You will operate as both a strategic partner and a hands-on leader, equally comfortable delivering forward-looking financial insights and supporting expansion initiatives, while maintaining oversight of day-to-day financial operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
