We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and resourceful Technical Systems Support Specialist to support our West Coast dealer network. This is a dynamic technical service role that interacts with customers, sales teams, service technicians, and product experts to help resolve questions related to scale systems, components, hardware and software. It involves troubleshooting customer inquiries and coordinating with internal technical resources for resolution.
