Description: The Technical Leader (Plant Engineering Leader) is responsible for providing all aspects of technical leadership to the Plant. The position reports to the Plant Leader and is a member of the plant leadership team. There is also a functional reporting relationship to the ISB Technical Leader in Granville, OH. The Technical Leader has 7-15 direct reports depending on plant size including: Manufacturing Engineers for each operating line, batch, furnace and binder areas, Quality/CI Engineer(s), Packaging and Process Engineer(s) and participants in early career development programs.
