Position Overview: The Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician oversees the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of building systems and equipment. This role provides technical leadership to maintenance staff while performing hands-on maintenance work across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
