Culinary Supervisor (Pizza) - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position. Schedule: Part time event-based schedule. Open availability preferred. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Must be able to work all Hawks home games. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3 years of culinary experience in a high volume kitchen. At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred. The canidate will have experience with pizza dough, ovens, and pizza production. Experience working in a pizza concept, Italian kitchen is strongly preferred. Qualifications: - 2–3 years of culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant, pizza concept, or Italian kitchen - Previous supervisory, lead, or trainer experience in a kitchen environment preferred - Experience with pizza dough preparation, pizza ovens, and high-volume pizza production preferred - Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations - Experience with prep lists, pars, and kitchen production planning - Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and pro...
