Job Summary: The Patient Service Representative will greet all Urology Austin patients as they arrive, ensuring proper exchange of information between the patient and our practice. Further, since this position is often the first contact many patients have with Urology Austin, the purpose of this position is to act as a liaison between the patient, the Practice staff and the physicians. ​ Responsibilities and Duties: - Greet patients with a smile and a positive attitude. - Check-in all patients by obtaining accurate and up-to-date demographic and insurance information at each patient visit. - Work with the billing office as needed to ensure proper entry of patient insurance information. - Assist with telephone coverage, as needed. - Assist with insurance verification of new patients and establis...
