Position Summary The Practice Manager leads the operational and business functions of SOL Mental Health practices, ensuring effective day-to-day operations while building a high-performing team. This role focuses on implementing organizational initiatives, driving team performance, managing practice operations, and partnering with the Therapy Supervisor to create an environment where exceptional mental health care can flourish. Practice Managers at SOL Mental Health directly supervise non-clinical Care Team Members and partner with clinical leaders to lead assigned Care Centers.
