Position Function: The Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in Computer Science and Engineering is under administrative supervision of the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Specific activities include conducting research in the professor's principal fields of interest, contributing toward the strengthening of our research environment, and teaching courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Salary Grade : UC: For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. Department Profile: The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (http://www.cse.msstate.edu) is seeking two new tenure-track faculty members at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. For candidates at the Assistant and Associate Professor levels, evidence of strong potential for excellence in research and teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels is required.
