Job description

The Fitness Business Consultant (FBC) supports Master Franchise and Direct Franchise partners across Latin America and the U.S. by providing operational guidance, financial coaching, and training to drive performance while ensuring alignment with Gold’s Gym global standards. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish ( Portuguese is a plus!) to effectively collaborate across diverse markets in the region. The FBC conducts regular market visits, virtual consultations, and leads both in-person and online training sessions. This role is remote based out of the U.S. with frequent travel throughout Latin America & US based locations—up to 50% or more—is required.
