Job Purpose: The Leasing Consultant supports leasing, marketing, and resident relations by delivering excellent customer service, supporting occupancy goals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and vendors. - Lease apartments in alignment with occupancy and revenue goals. - Follow Fair Housing standards in all interactions. - Conduct tours and present community features and amenities. - Support marketing and outreach efforts. - Review applications including income, credit, and background screening. - Prepare and maintain lease files and required documentation. - Verify apartment readiness prior to move-in. - Support lease renewal and retention efforts. - Track leads, guest cards, and follow-ups in property management systems. - Respond to calls, emails, and resident communication professio...
