Role overview The Regional Security Manager is responsible for managing and advancing Holcim’s Security operations across the region. This position ensures the protection of Holcim’s employees, assets, ecosystem, and reputation against security risks, including criminal and malicious acts. The role involves overseeing the implementation of security policies and frameworks in the region, driving performance improvements, and fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. The Regional Security Manager will play a key role in crisis management and regional security incident response, supporting Holcim’s goal to be a leader in safety, resilience, and security within the building materials industry. Key Responsibilities: 1 .
