FLSA Classification: Exempt Department: Clinical Reports To: Sr. Director of Clinical Services Direct Reports: 2-8 POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Director (RN) is responsible for the overall direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager(s). The Clinical Director (RN) establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for the Clinical Managers which meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. RESPONSIBILITIES: COMPETENCIES: - Coordinates and oversees assigned Clinical Managers and their direct and indirect patient services provided by the agency. - Provides guidance and counseling to clinical managers to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services, provided through agency personnel. - Assists clinical managers in managing clinical teams and planning. - Monitors documentation of all Clinical and Case Managers to ensure timely submission and accuracy. - Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated. - Interprets operational indicators to detect census increases or decreases in volume wh...
